The success of our business is directly related to our ability to satisfy our customers, so we take customer service very seriously. We offer rust solutions for home, commercial and industrial customers. For your convenience, we have no minimum order size. We are available to answer your questions and we will respond to requests in a timely manner. We get your products shipped out as quickly as possible. In fact, if you order by 2 pm CT, all in-stock items will ship the same business day. We stand behind our products after they arrive at your door. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. And, if you have questions once you receive your item, we are available to help.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you purchase, we will provide you with a refund or exchange. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your product, plus shipping. (Express shipping is non-refundable.) If you're unsure if the product will work for your specific application, test one container before proceeding. On multiple container orders, refunds are given for one used container (up to $100), and any unused unopened containers (up to $250). Products must be tested within 30 days to qualify for a refund. There is no restocking fee for in-stock items (up to $250). Re-stocking fees will apply on returns over $250, and on dropship and special-order items.
Returns Processing
Within 30 days of purchase, call (877-256-9301) or email us before you make a return. Please include a copy of your original packing slip with your return. On exchanges, please note what item or items you would like in exchange. Price differences will be charged or credited to your credit card. Ship returns to the address below. Please pack your shipment securely.
